Meet Brent, the Owner of Pride Manufacturing

Brent has 24 years of experience in manufacturing. He began his career in the shipping department at a local manufacturing company, worked his way up to the machine shop, and after graduating college with a degree in CAD he was promoted to department manager. A seasoned machinist with exposure to all facets of production, he believed he could reinvent the industry to improve lead times, quality, and pricing.

Through innovative technology, high quality employees, customer-centric values, and collaboration with local businesses Pride Manufacturing has expanded from 1 man and 1 machine in an 1800 square foot bay, to a 6-man operation with 6 machines in a 3600 square foot facility. Brent believes machining is more than just a print and a part, but a puzzle piece whose perfection is pivotal to the satisfaction of every customer and the effective operation and aesthetic caliber of their assemblies. 

Brent is a proud Lincolnite and avid football fan - Nebraska Huskers and Buffalo Bills. When he is out of the shop, you will find him weightlifting, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his 3 children.
